They undergo extensive background checks before being matched with clients and work closely under the supervision of our team of experienced supervisors to ensure that every client receives personalized attention and care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your loved one’s well-being. That’s why we make sure all our caregivers are thoroughly screened before they start working with us. You can rest easy knowing that your family member or friend will be in good hands at all times.
We have a high standard for hiring, including background checks, CPR certification, drug testing – so you know the person treating them is qualified to do just that!
All Hand’n Heart’s caregivers are carefully screened for tuberculosis and other infectious diseases before they can be employed. Once we hire our employees, we strive to maintain their health by providing a yearly physical that screens for any underlying illnesses or conditions.
We provide comprehensive protection for your employees. This includes bonds, insurance against theft or injury, payroll taxes, and social security benefits- all at no cost to you!
To ensure that all of our clients receive the best care, Hand’n Heart managers closely supervise each caregiver providing services and make on-site supervisory visits to monitor caregivers’ skills and client satisfaction.
